1 - For Shipping Information:

Tessory has local warehouses in USA, Tessory will prioritize local warehouse shipments based on your purchase address and warehouse inventory. If there is no inventory in the local warehouse, we will arrange to ship near the warehouse or ship directly from our factory warehouse. Tessory will continue to improve our logistics timeliness and logistics experience.

Tessory offers Free Discreet Packaging on all orders. After successfully placing an order, our representatives will get in touch with you to provide shipping details and order status within 24 working hours.

 

2 - For Shipping Method:

Tessory offers the following logistics methods. E.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and EUB, etc.

 

3 - About Customs Tax:

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Tessory is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

 

4 - Delivery Time:

Tessory currently can ship to international destinations with our powerful distribution network. We are shipping to USA,Europe, North Central, and South America, Australia and major countries throughout Asia.


1. United States

You can receive your ordered items in 6-12 days, we have prepared plenty of stocks in USA local warehouse.

(*Not including The American 5 Outlying Islands, a few of new products may take 10-20 days)


2. Countries can be delivered within 9-18 days include:

Canada, Australia, Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea


3. The rest of the countries need to be delivered in 18-25 days.
